Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items (like undergarments) cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
