Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items (like undergarments) cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
